Divvy Homes is a pretty good rent-to-own program, but it has pretty strict applicant selection guidelines. About 90% of the applicants to Divvy homes, in my limited experience, are rejected either during the initial pre-qualification or during the more in-depth underwriting process.
So, what should people who cannot use Divvy Homes program do?
